What is the Instinctive Platform?
Instinctive is an account-based marketing company that enables businesses to find other business customers. Instinctive owns and operates a technology platform (the "Platform") which collects, maintains, and distributes business information (the "Platform Data"). Platform Data is collected from a variety of online and offline data sources. The Platform allows clients to use Platform Data to identify target accounts, run targeted advertising, measure prospect engagement, and provide aggregated reporting.
What information does the Platform store?
The Platform Data includes aggregated pseudonymized profile information, and data that is sent via the HTTP header including IP address, cookie information, date and time, URLs, operating system, and browser version. The pseudonymized profile data is aggregated and grouped by corporate business entity and stored at this level.
The Platform is does not collect any Personal Data such as full name, email address, physical address without consent. Sensitive Data within the EU (as defined by Article 9.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation) is not collected at all.
What is the Platform Data used for?
The Platform is designed to enable clients to create their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by browsing firmographic information to create a list of preferred accounts as desirable customers. Clients can then target campaigns to, and measure engagement from, the accounts selected in their list of accounts.
How is Platform Data collected?
Instinctive uses online technologies such as Cookies, Pixel Tags, and Server-to-Server Connections with partners and online data sources to collect and store Platform Data. Platform Data is not stored on individual user devices.

Does Instinctive use consent signals?
Yes, Instinctive is a registered Global Vendor within the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (IAB Vendor ID 265) which pushes vendor list and consent rights through various Consent Management Platforms (CMPs). This framework is used to collect and manage consent signals from users and data partners for Matching Data to Offline Sources as well as for the purposes of Storage and Access of Information, Personalisation, Ad Selection, Reporting and Delivery, Content Delivery, Selection and Reporting, and Measurement. The platform also accepts consent-based data sets from CMPs that operate outside of the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
What is the legal basis for collecting and processing Platform Data for European Territory Visitors?
"European Territories" mean the European Economic Area and Switzerland. For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, the term "European Territories" shall continue to include the United Kingdom, even after the United Kingdom leaves the European Economic Area following Brexit.
Data from these visitors is processed under the legitimate interest provisions of the GDPR. If you are a visitor from the European Territories, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
